MISCELLANEOUS
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. In all cases where an item that is in this disclaimer is not in compliance with the laws of the State of New York, the laws of the State of New York take precedence. Any cause of action with respect to this Agreement and your rights and obligations according to statute, must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of New York within one year following the accrual of any cause after the cause of action, otherwise the cause shall be barred.
